How It Works
A clear, three-step process that gets your trucks compliant and rolling without the back-and-forth.
Register
We get you set up with the program(s) you need, guide you through everything and review your documents to prevent delays. You fill out required information through an online form one time to avoid redundancy. We will send you the filled out forms ready to e-sign.
Add vehicles & decals
We then submit the vehicle specific info and docs to IRP. They provide and invoice that you can take to the local registry office to pick up your plate. Your IFTA decals are sent to you to apply to your trucks. You start tracking distance and fuel.
We monitor & file
Send vehicle change requests to us anytime. For IFTA, we review data monthly for discrepancies and file the fuel tax return quarterly — confirmation goes straight to you.
