Register
We set you up with the program(s) you need and guide you through every step. You complete one online intake form — no redundant paperwork — and we prepare the filings ready for your e-signature, reviewing everything to prevent delays.

Add vehicles & decals
We submit your vehicle details and documents to IRP and send you the invoice to take to the local registry to pick up your plate. Your IFTA decals arrive ready to apply, and you start tracking distance and fuel.

We monitor & file
Send us vehicle change requests anytime and we handle the update. For IFTA, we review your data monthly for discrepancies and file your quarterly fuel tax return — confirmation goes straight to you.
