Your information is safe with us
Plain-English version: we only collect what we need to help you with IRP and IFTA. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside Prorate Plus.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and (if you give it) phone number
- Information about your fleet — number of trucks, what you haul, distance and fuel records
- Vehicle and registration details required by IRP / IFTA jurisdictions
How we use it
- To answer your question or prepare a quote
- To submit registrations and filings to your base jurisdiction on your behalf
- To stay in touch about your account and renewals
Who sees it
Only Natasha and the Prorate Plus team. We share information with provincial and state IRP / IFTA offices when filing on your behalf — that's the only outside party. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
As long as you're a client, plus the record-keeping period required by IRP and IFTA (currently four years for fuel-tax records). If you'd like us to delete your file, email Natasha and we'll handle it.
